Located in the center of Pike & Rose in the desirable North Bethesda neighborhood, The Henri rethinks suburban living. The project caters to young urban professionals through vibrant amenity that spark excitement and provide a place to entertain family and friends.
BCT was brought on board while the building was under construction to recreate the planned amenity spaces for the younger demographic living in the surrounding communities and enjoying the many retail offerings at Pike & Rose. BCT was able to re-imagine these communal spaces, utilize the previously proposed layout, and add value by incorporating modern touches, a curated millwork design element, bright colorful patterns and accentuated with modern pop art.
