The goal of this project is to redevelop and convert the historic 1910 United States Playing Card Company employee dining hall and new annex addition into a new food hall. The project is located at the center of this 26-acre brownfield redevelopment in the City of Norwood, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The food hall will be home to approximately 16 vendors and a vibrant public space including a full-service bar operated by Revel. BCT’s focus for the project is to design the total footprint which encompasses approximately 19,000sf from concept through design development.
