Part of an international design competition, this community facility is design for the betterment of youth through exposure to sports, education, cultures, and art. The focus of this portion of the design includes tennis courts, track and field facilities, indoor and outdoor water sports, track and field space, fitness center, and corresponding locker room facilities. The design also contains an on-site clubhouse with restaurant and terrace spaces.
