We begin with a Project Initialization Meeting to align on requirements and schedule. During design, peer feedback from the design collaborative refines our work. In documentation, a rigorous three-tier Quality Assurance Review by senior staff ensures precision. Post-project, we conduct lessons learned talks to continuously improve. This thorough approach applies to all projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.
