Deborah Dietrich is a Vice President serves as a Director of our Interiors Studio. As an experienced Interior Designer, she has worked with many of BCT’s clients to create inspiring spaces in a diverse range of places – from corporate interiors to senior and multi-family housing, libraries to restaurants. Deb views the design process as a collaborative one by engaging the client throughout the project’s lifespan. This process makes for a cohesive team and produces the best results.

Deb joined BCT Design Group with more than 16 years of experience. Passionate about creating well-designed and functional spaces, the diversity of her work means that the interiors team always brings a fresh perspective to every project. Her approach has always been to ask, “what’s the problem we’re solving?” While providing the solution, she does so with creativity, beauty, and functionality.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida International University in Miami, FL in 2004, and is both a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a Certified Interior Designer (CID) in the state of Maryland.
