Bryce Turner, FAIA
Bryce Turner is President & CEO of BCT Design Group. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, is registered as an architect in twenty U.S. states and has led the design of projects in Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia. In addition to his role as President of BCT, Bryce works on behalf of the firm’s clients to provide a masterplan vision and obtain the necessary approvals and entitlements to move complex retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects forward. Bryce previously served as Vice President of Development Design Group (DDG) prior to BCT’s acquisition of DDG in 2016.
From 2002-2007 Bryce served as Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Baltimore District Council and is currently a member of ULI Washington’s Advisory Committee and the National ULI Redevelopment and Reuse Council. In 2011, Governor Martin O’Malley appointed Bryce to the Maryland Sustainable Growth Commission, and Governor Larry Hogan re-appointed him again in 2015.
Bryce is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s College of Architecture and Urban Studies and is a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Significant projects include Downtown Silver Spring (MD), 10 Light Street (adaptive re-use of Maryland National Bank – Mathieson Building) and the transformative masterplan of Annapolis City Dock (currently in design).
