As a Vice President and Director of our Interiors Studio, Deborah is an integral leader in shaping inspiring spaces across diverse project types, including corporate interiors, multi-family housing, senior living, and restaurants. With over 16 years of experience, she approaches every project as a collaborative journey, ensuring that each space is both functional and beautifully designed. Her philosophy—”What’s the problem we’re solving?”—guides her creative process, ensuring that every project meets client needs with innovation and intentionality.

Brian serves as a Vice President and Project Manager, leading BCT’s efforts in Detroit, Michigan. As an architect with deep expertise in hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family, and retail projects, Brian has managed large-scale developments across the U.S. and internationally. Since joining BCT in 2014, Brian has remained committed to designing spaces that are exciting, engaging, and sustainable, reinforcing BCT’s mission to create lasting, meaningful environments.

With a passion for environmental responsibility, Austen is an active participant in the International Living Future Institute, where he seamlessly integrates ambitious sustainability goals with real-world architectural solutions.
